Triptych

This is my triptych. The swirl is textured paint. Then it is painted with acrylic paints. I really enjoyed this peice. I think I could have chose better colors. I might come back to this one.

This is not one of my favorate peices at all. In fact I almost didn't put it on here. It is made out of constuction paper. I do think it is kinda cool how I separated the it first peice in to 4 parts and the monster looking thing in the second one.

Jailed

This is my first colored image transfer. I used acrylic on top of it. The inspriation for this piece actually came from my little sister. She is nine and she wants to save animals from being caged. She hates to see animals in cages at the vet, pet store and zoo. She is very strong in her feelings on this matter, even at only nine.

All Blacks and Greys

This is my first completed work for art 2 2-D design. I'm calling it All Blacks and Greys. I really like this one. I was half asleep while painting most of it. I think it came out better than I thought it would. There are a couple spots that I would like to go back to and touch up. I think when I take it home this will be one of the very few peices that I put up on display in my house.

Altered Book Page. something in the middle.

This is the first page I have done for my altered book. It is formal wear for the year 2030. I really like my design. I would really like to actually make this dress and gloves. This page could have been better but I like it the way it is.
